Shipping policy
Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days after an order has been placed and processed. However, the speed of delivery may vary due to various factors with different mail carriers. This applies to standard and priority shipping. Some factors that may alter speed of delivery include but are not limited to; holidays, weekends, weather conditions, and emergencies. Ten Toes LLC is not responsible or liable for products once they have been sent out for delivery and confirmation/tracking # has been received by customer. Liabilities we are not responsible for include but are not limited to; lost or stolen package(s) during or after transit/delivery, misplacement of package(s) during or after transit/delivery, damages to package(s) during or after transit/delivery. Furthermore, once a package or item is marked as "DELIVERED" by the mail carrier service, it is then the customers responsibility to retrieve the order or item from the respective mail carrier service.
